基于变电站监控系统的继电保护自动检验方法研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对变电站继电保护装置传统检验模式质效低,现有自动测试方法应用范围局限、测试内容不全面、组网困难等问题,提出了一种基于变电站监控系统的继电保护装置闭环自动检验方法。借助变电站监控系统网络快速搭建自动测试环境,为单装置检验和设备间功能配合验证提供信息传输通道,同步验证后台信息上传正确性。通过对检验方案编辑模块、规约模板编辑模块、规约引擎模块、测试仪接口模块和自动检验模块的设计,实现了常规和智能站继电保护装置闭环自动检验。现场应用表明,该方法能够提高继电保护装置检验的全面性,作业效率提升85%。 Aiming at the problems of low quality and efficiency of traditional inspection mode of substation relay protection device,limited application scope of existing automatic test methods,incomplete test content,and difficulty in networking,a closed⁃loop automatic inspection method of relay protection device based on substation monitoring system was proposed.With the help of the substation monitoring system network,an automatic test environment is quickly built,which provides an information transmission channel for single device inspection and functional cooperation verification between devices,and synchronously verifies the correctness of background information uploading.Through the design of the inspection plan editing module,the stipulation template editing module,the stipulation engine module,the tester interface module and the automatic inspection module,the closed⁃loop automatic inspection of the relay protection device of the conventional and intelligent stations is realized.Field application shows that this method can improve the comprehensiveness of relay protection device inspection,and the operation efficiency is increased by 85%.
