基于改进遗传算法的汽轮机优化控制策略

摘要 汽轮机的启动对机组系统启动的整体效率及启动时间有较大影响,但传统方法并未考虑这一情况。针对上述问题,文中选用汽轮机缸温作为机组恢复状态的指标,通过研究汽轮机停止工作后温度随时间变化的情况,采用模糊隶属函数的方式对不同工况下的汽轮机启动时间加以描述,再对机组启动效率下降程度进行了估算。同时给出了启动机组顺序优化模型的目标函数,并使用了改进遗传算法求解最优机组启动顺序。此外还在两个实际系统上对传统方法及文中方法进行了测试,证明了所提方法的有效性。 The start⁃up of steam turbine has a great impact on the overall efficiency and start⁃up time of unit system start⁃up,but the traditional method does not consider this situation.In view of the above problems,this paper selects the steam turbine cylinder temperature as the index of unit recovery state.By studying the change of temperature with time after the steam turbine stops working,the fuzzy membership function is used to describe the steam turbine start⁃up time under different working conditions,and the decline degree of unit start⁃up efficiency is estimated at the same time.The objective function of the start⁃up unit sequence optimization model is given,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal unit start⁃up sequence.The traditional method and the proposed method are tested on two practical systems,and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
