摘要 环氧树脂具有优异的粘附性、耐腐蚀性、耐化学性和力学性能,是应用最广泛的涂料材料。近年来,环氧树脂被广泛应用于诸多领域,其自修复和回收再利用性能已称为热点话题。制备绿色自修复的高性能改性环氧树脂基体,可提高环氧树脂基复合材料循环利用的生命周期,并以此能改善资源循环利用与环境污染问题。本文基于本征型和外援型两种修复方式,主要讨论了本征型环氧树脂材料与外援型环氧树脂材料的自愈机理以及其研究进展。 Epoxy resin has excellent adhesion,corrosion resistance,chemical resistance and mechanical properties,it is the most widely used coating materials.In recent years,epoxy resin has been widely used in many fields,and its self-healing and recycling properties have become a hot topic.The preparation of green self-healing high-performance modified epoxy resin matrix can improve the recycling life cycle of epoxy resin matrix composites,and thus improve the recycling of resources and environmental pollution.In this paper,we mainly discuss the self-healing mechanism and research progress of intrinsic epoxy resin materials and external epoxy resin materials based on two kinds of repair methods.
