摘要
当前,环境污染和能耗问题严重影响着人们的生活,本文从汽车轻量化领域进行研究,利用ANSYS Workbench软件模拟了一种用重力渗透法制备的、以氧化铝空心微珠作为增强相的新型AZ31B镁基复合材料,利用有限元分析法研究了不同直径、不同体积分数的微珠和热处理前后的镁基复合材料的力学性能和热传导性能。模拟结果得到直径为3.6mm、体积分数为40%的空心微珠,经过固溶强化热处理工艺后的镁基复合材料力学性能和热传导性能综合最佳。
A new alumina hollow sphere reinforced AZ31B magnesium matrix composite prepared by gravity osmosis method was simulated,and the mechanical and thermal conductivity properties of the magnesium matrix composite before and after heat treatment with different diameters and volume fractions of hollow sphere and heat treatment were investigated using finite element analysis.The simulation results obtained hollow sphere with 3.6 mm diameter and 40%volume fraction,and the best combined mechanical and thermal conductivity properties of magnesium matrix composites after solid solution strengthening heat treatment process.
