摘要
我国储气库建设起步相对较晚,对其运行过程中的能耗问题研究不够深入,在储气库实际运行过程中,产生了不必要的能耗。对此,为了实现储气库节能降耗,本文基于储气库注气工艺系统能耗分析,建立了储气库注气压力优化方法。将该方法应用到工程实践中,对国内某储气库进行部分优化,研究结果表明,优化后的方案相比原方案,单位压力注气能耗下降了0.19kgce/MPa104m3,节能降耗效果显著。
The construction of gas storage in China started relatively late,and the research on energy consumption during its operation is not deep enough.In the actual operation of gas storage,unnecessary energy consumption is generated.Therefore,in order to realize energy saving and consumption reduction of gas storage,based on the energy consumption analysis of gas injection process system of gas storage,this paper establishes the optimization method of gas injection pressure of gas storage.This method is applied to the engineering practice to partially optimize a domestic gas storage.The research results show that compared with the original scheme,the optimized scheme reduces the energy consumption per unit pressure of gas injection by 0.19 kgce/MPa104m3,and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is significant.
