浅析长输管线中阴极保护防腐技术的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目前,我国很多管线采用了阴极保护技术,并取得了明显的效果。同时,随着社会和经济的快速发展,对能源的需求量也越来越大。其中,长输管线在我国的能源运输中占有举足轻重的地位。因此,应更加关注阴极保护和防腐蚀技术在保证输送能量的过程中所发挥的作用,同时也关系到我国经济的持续、稳定发展。本文根据这种情况,阐述了阴极保护和防腐蚀技术的重要性,简要地阐述了阴极保护防腐蚀技术的基本理论、国内外研究状况、发展水平,并就其在实际工程中的应用进行了探讨。阴极保护防腐剂技术是一种对腐蚀性反应所进行的主动干预,通过阴极极化的电化学方式来保证被保护的金属体的电化学均匀性,并抑制了腐蚀电池的产生。 Currently,many pipelines in China have adopted cathodic protection technology,and have achieved significant results.At the same time,with the rapid development of society and economy,the demand for energy is also increasing.Among them,long-distance pipelines occupy a piv-otal position in China’s energy transportation.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the role of cathodic protection and anti-corrosion technolo-gies in ensuring the delivery of energy,which is also related to the sustained and stable development of China's economy.Based on this situation,this article expounds the importance of cathodic protection and anti-corrosion technology,briefly expounds the basic theory,research status at home and abroad,and development level of cathodic protection and anti-corrosion technology,and discusses its application in practical engineering.Cathodic protection preservative technology is an active intervention in corrosive reactions that ensures the electrochemical uniformity of the protected metal body through cathodic polarization and inhibits the generation of corrosive batteries.
