本文的主要目的是分析PFMEA技术在润滑油质量控制中的整体应用方式。通过分析PFMEA技术在产品全面质量管理过程中的应用以及PFMEA技术在事前防控中所带来的影响、应用方式和质量控制目标体系等多方面进行分析,确保PFMEA技术在控制润滑油产品质量的整个链条中发挥积极的作用。PFMEA技术可以应用在原材料的分析、生产过程、工序以及产品包装运输、售后服务等多个不同方面,实现最大限度地保证所有产品以及用户自身的需求这一推广效果。

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the overall application of PFMEA technology in lubricating oil quality control.By an-alyzing the application of PFMEA technology in the process of total quality management of products and the impact of PFMEA technology in the pre-vention and control in advance,the application mode and the quality control objective system,we can ensure that PFMEA technology plays a positive role in the whole chain of controlling the quality of lubricating oil products.PFMEA technology can be applied in many different aspects such as raw material analysis,production process,process,product packaging and transportation,after-sales service,etc.,to achieve the promotion effect of en-suring all products and users’own needs to the maximum extent.
