摘要
利用核电厂在电力富裕时电解水获取氢气,在用电高峰时,由氢燃料电池发电,可以提高核电参与电网调峰的能力。对比现有氢气获取方法,碱性电解水制氢技术安全可靠、经济性能好,适应用于核电大规模氢能项目。本文详细介绍了现有碱性电解水制氢系统主要组成部分,核算了采用碱性电解水制氢系统进行核电制氢的成本预估,结果表明,一套1000m^(3)/h的碱性电解水制氢设备需一次性投入877万元,投资回报年限为1.8年;若自行购置氢气压缩机则需投资1277万元,投资回报年限为2.58年;系统年运行费用为204.5万,回本后年利润为495.5万元。
The nuclear power can be used to obtain hydrogen by electrolysis of water and improve the ability of nuclear power to participate in grid peak shaving.Compared with the existing hydrogen acquisition methods,alkaline electrolysis water hydrogen production technology has good economic performance,and is suitable for large-scale hydrogen energy projects in nuclear power.This paper introduces the main components of the alkaline electrolysis water hydrogen production system,and calculates the cost of nuclear power hydrogen production.And the results show that a set of 1000m^(3)/h alkaline electrolyzed water hydrogen production equipment requires 8.77 million yuan,and the investment period is 1.8 years;if a hydro-gen compressor is needed,12.77 million yuan should be added,and the investment period is 2.58 years;the annual operating cost of the system is 2.045 million yuan and the annual profit was 4.955 million yuan.
