喷施不同浓度木醋液对草莓生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究木醋液对草莓生长的影响,以香野草莓为研究材料,以清水为对照,通过盆栽试验研究不同浓度木醋液(木醋液原液稀释倍数分别为200、300、350、400、450、500)对草莓生长指标和生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着木醋液浓度的降低,叶片横纵径比、光合速率、叶绿素含量(SPAD值)、类胡萝卜素含量、单位反应中心捕获的光能(TRo/RC)和根系活力均表现出先升高后降低的趋势。木醋液350倍液处理最有利于草莓叶片的生长,木醋液450倍液处理草莓叶绿素含量(SPAD值)、类胡萝卜素含量、光合速率、TRo/RC、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均明显高于对照,木醋液400倍液处理草莓根系活力高于其他处理,喷施木醋液可以降低草莓叶片的蒸腾作用,木醋液450倍液处理和500倍液处理草莓叶片POD、CAT活性明显高于其他处理。综合分析,在喷施木醋液450倍液时,最有利于草莓生长。 In order to explore the effect of wood vinegar on the growth of strawberry,Xiangye strawberry was used as the research material and clear water was used as the control,this experiment studied the effects of different concentrations of wood vinegar(the dilution time of wood vinegar stock solution was 200,300,350,400,450,500 respectively)on the growth and physiological indexes of strawberry through pot experiment.The results showed that with the decrease of the concentration of wood vinegar,the transverse and longitudinal ratio of leaves,photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content(SPAD value),carotenoid content,TRo/RC and root activity showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Among them,the treatment of 350 times of wood vinegar was the most beneficial to the growth of strawberry leaves.The chlorophyll content(SPAD value),carotenoid content,photosynthetic rate,TRo/RC,POD activity and CAT activity of strawberry treated with 450 times of wood vinegar were significantly higher than those of the control.The root activity of strawberry treated with 400 times of wood vinegar was higher than that of other treatments.Spraying wood vinegar could reduce the transpiration of strawberry leaves.The activities of POD and CAT in strawberry leaves treated with 450 times and 500 times of wood vinegar were significantly higher than those of other treatments.According to comprehensive analysis,spraying 450 times of wood vinegar is most beneficial to strawberry growth.
