摘要
为研究粳稻品种食味及相关品质性状的变异特点及相关性,对62份粳稻品种食味值、部分理化品质性状、淀粉的黏滞度进行分析。结果表明,62份粳稻品种测试性状变异系数在3.96%~90.00%,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数在1.279~2.038,62份粳稻品种在品质性状上可划分到4个类群。品种食味值、部分理化性状、RVA谱特征值之间存在显著或极显著的相关性,同时构建了3个回归方程。本研究结果为粳稻优质食味品种选育与性状选择提供了依据。
In order to study the variation and correlation of taste and related quality traits of japonica rice varieties,the taste value,some physical and chemical quality traits and starch viscosity of 62 japonica rice varieties were analyzed.The results showed that the variable coefficient of test traits of 62 japonica rice varieties ranged from 3.96%to 90.00%,and the Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged from 1.279 to 2.038.The 62 japonica rice varieties could be divided into four groups in terms of quality traits.There were significant or extremely significant correlations among the taste value,some physical and chemical properties and RVA spectrum eigenvalues of the varieties,and three regression equations were constructed.The results of this study providea basis for the breeding and traits selection of japonica rice with good quality and taste.
