溃疡性结肠炎合并COVID-19:2例报道并文献复习

Ulcerative colitis complicated with COVID-19: two cases reports and literature review

目前尚无关于溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)患者感染SARS-CoV-2的风险、相互间的影响、治疗策略等的指南及共识。为进一步做好UC患者合并COVID-19的诊疗工作,本文结合近期收治的2例典型临床病例及相关文献对UC患者合并COVID-19的风险及诊疗进行总结分析,希望能对此类患者的临床诊疗提供参考。

At present,there are no guidelines or consensus on the risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC),mutual influence,treatment strategies,etc.In order to further improve the diagnosis and treatment of UC complicated with COVID-19,this paper combined the recent typical clinical cases and related literature to analyze and summarize the risk,diagnosis and treatment,hoping to provide reference for clinicians.
