共同富裕背景下宁波大学生返乡创业赋能乡村振兴实施路径研究

该文阐述共同富裕背景下,大学生返乡创业与乡村振兴的互动关系。从政府政策指导、高校人才培养和财政资金投入等方面对2018—2022年毕业的宁波市高校大学生进行问卷调查,明确“创业项目指导与孵化”“创新创业教育”“金融环境支持”这3项影响因素对促进大学生返乡创业起主要作用。通过全面依法、高效融合和多元协同等路径对引导宁波大学生返乡创业赋能乡村振兴的实施路径进行积极探索,营造返乡创业建设良好氛围,共同助力乡村振兴,实现共同富裕。

This paper expounds the interactive relationship between college students'return to their hometown to starta business and rural revitalization in the context of common prosperity.A questionnaire survey was conducted on Ningbo college students who graduated in 2018 to 2022 from the aspects of government policy guidance,university personnel training and financial capital investment.It is clear that the three influencing factors of"entrepreneurial project guidance and incubation","innovative entrepreneurship education"and"financial environment support"playa major role in promoting college students to return home to start a business.Through the paths of comprehensive law,efficient integration and pluralistic coordination,this paper actively explores the implementation path of rural revitalization to guide Ningbo college students to return home to start a business,createa good atmosphere for entrepreneurial construction,and jointly help rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.
