乡村振兴与新农科建设背景下地方农林高校产教融合协同育人模式研究

乡村振兴和新农科建设背景下,涉农类高校应积极思考如何因势利导发挥自身科研优势、人才优势和资源优势,精准把控、引领发展,充分在乡村振兴中利用好人才因素,“育好人,育能人,育强人”,提升地方农业院校在地方经济发展中的贡献度和融合度,促进涉农院校人才培养和乡村振兴、理论研究、实践创新与区域院校资源共享的协同共振,加强新农科建设,优化涉农院校育人模式,实现传统教学向实践教学的融合,充分进行校企联动。同时,强力推动产学研协同、产教融合和合作办学,提升实践教学在育人机制中的比重,增强地方农业院校服务区域经济发展的能力。

In the context of rural revitalization and new agricultural construction,agricultural colleges and universities should actively think about how to give full play to their advantages in scientific research,talents and resources,accurately control and lead development,and make full use of talent factors in rural rejuvenation,so as to enhance the contribution and integration of local agricultural colleges and universities in the development of local economy;promote the synergy and resonance of talent training and rural revitalization,theoretical research,practical innovation,and resource sharing in regional colleges and universities;strengthen the construction of new agricultural disciplines;optimize the mode of education in agriculture-related universities;realize the integration of traditional teaching and practical teaching;and fully carry out the linkage between schools and enterprises.At the same time,we should strongly promote industry-university-research coordination,industry-education integration,and cooperation in running schools;enhance the proportion of practical teaching in the education mechanism;and improve the ability of local agricultural colleges and universities to serve regional economic development.
