现代产业学院背景下涉粮专业人才培养研究与实践——以吉林工商学院为例

现代产业学院作为新时期产教融合的风向标,是促进校企协同育人的基本手段,是提高人才培养质量的重要途径。为解决长期以来高校人才与企业需求“适销不对路”的问题,以区域产业发展急需为牵引,通过专业优化整合、构建新型实践课程体系、打造高水平双师队伍和建立健全育人保障机制等举措,提升涉粮专业产教融合的质量,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的深度融合。

As the"weather vane"of the integration of industry and education in the new era,modern industrial college is the basic means to promote the cooperation between universities and enterprises to educate people,and an important way to improve the quality of personnel training.In order to solve the long existed problem of"marketability but unsuitability"relationship between talents in colleges and universities and the demand of enterprises,this paper considers the guidance under the urgent need of regional industrial development,takes measures such as professional optimization and integration,the construction of a new practical curriculum system,the establishment of a high-level dual-division team,and the establishment and improvement of the guarantee mechanism for education,thus improving the quality of industry-education integration of food-related specialties and promoting the deep integration of education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain.
