“红色+”模式助力乡村振兴的实践探究——以“红色合伙人”项目为例

2017年以来,全国各地各高校依托“青年红色筑梦之旅”,组织师生深入革命老区,传承红色基因、筑牢理想根基。广州工商学院大学生打造“红色合伙人”项目,以红色+赋能新农人、红色+文旅融合、红色+支教助学和红色+农村治理等为路径,助力改善下屯村内生动力不足、建设主体缺失和基层治理机制不健全等困境,引进智力、技术、资金和信息等多方资源,推动实现乡村振兴。

Since 2017,colleges and universities across the country,relying on the"Youth Red Dream Building Tour",have organized teachers and students to go deep into the old revolutionary base areas,so as to inherit the red gene and build an ideal foundation.The students of G College create the"Red partner"project,which takes Red plus empowering new farmers,Red plus cultural and tourist integration,Red plus teaching aid,and Red plus rural governance as the path,to help improve the difficulties of Xiatun Village,such as lack of endogenous power,lack of construction subjects,imperfect grass-roots governance mechanism,etc.,introduce intelligence,technology,funds,information and other resources,in order to promote the revitalization of the rural area.
