爱尔兰基础教育数字化发展研究——基于《学校数字战略2027》的解读 被引量:3

摘要 为了更好地推进教育领域的数字化发展,2022年4月爱尔兰发布《学校数字战略2027》,概述了将如何进一步支持学校系统嵌入数字技术,确保所有学习者能够发挥潜力并充分参与数字世界。文章在梳理爱尔兰已有数字战略发展背景的基础上,深入分析该战略的制定历程、具体内容等,并通过分析和解读爱尔兰数字战略的改革经验与发展模式,总结出对我国现阶段推进实施教育数字化转型的若干启示:制定持续的监督和数字化评估程序;合乎道德且安全地使用数字技术;发展学校数字创变与学校领导力;加强教师专业学习与数字技能提升。 In order to promote better digital development in education,in April 2022,the Irish Department of Education released the Digital Strategy for Schools to 2027,which outlined how it would further support the embedding of digital technologies in the school system to ensure that all learners could realize their potentials and fully participate in the digital world.The article provides an in-depth analysis of the development history and specific content of the strategy based on a review of the development of digital strategies already in place in Ireland.By summarizing and interpreting the reform experience and development model of Ireland’s digital strategy,the article concludes a number of enlightments for China’s digital transformation at this stage:developing a continuous monitoring and digital evaluation process;using digital technology ethically and safely;enhancing school’s capabilities of digital innovation and its leadership;strengthening teachers’professional learning and upgrading digital skills enhancement.
