内蒙古“互联网+教育”大平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of Inner Mongolia“Internet+Education”Platform

建设“互联网+教育”大平台是内蒙古推进教育领域数字化转型发展的重要举措。对其建设思路、总体架构、应用系统搭建、用户访问渠道建设等方面进行研究与探索,有利于科学合理地规划设计建设方案,更好地发挥“互联网+教育”大平台建设成效。文章通过调研分析国内外类似建设案例、内蒙古教育信息化发展现状与需求,从平台设计、技术应用、系统搭建角度提出了总体建设思路,以教育大数据仓为中心,设计了“1+5”的总体架构,建设一个教育大数据仓,以及组织、数据、应用、视频、通用组件五个中枢,整合汇聚教育系统各类平台系统和数据,对接相关行业数据,构建数据汇聚共享、应用融合贯通、服务便捷高效的内蒙古“互联网+教育”大平台,为内蒙古教育领域数字化转型发展提供信息化支撑服务。

Building the“Internet+Education”platform is an important measure to promote the digitization and development of education in Inner Mongolia.The research and exploration on its construction ideas,overall architecture,application system construction,user access channel construction and other aspects are conducive to planning and designing the construction scheme scientifically and reasonably,and giving better play to the construction effect of the“Internet+Education”platform.By investigating and analyzing similar construction cases at home and abroad,the development status and needs of educational informatization in Inner Mongolia,the paper puts forward the overall construction idea from the perspective of platform design,technology application and system construction,and designs the architecture of“1+5”centered on the Educational Big Data Warehouse.The Educational Big Data Warehouse and five centers including Organization Center,Data Center,Application Center,Video Center and General Components Center will be constructed,various platform systems and data of educational system integrated,and relevant industry data connected.The Inner Mongolia“Internet+Education”platform is converging and sharing data,integrating and connecting systems,providing convenient and efficient services.And it will provide information-based support services for the digitization and development of education in Inner Mongolia.
