青岛“智慧教育示范区”创建模式与实践研究

摘要 近年来,我国高度重视智慧教育发展,出台多项举措助推“智慧教育示范区”建设。作为全国“智慧教育示范区”创建区域之一的青岛,首先从智慧教育环境、资源应用、师生素养、人才培养基础四个方面进行研究,从中发现问题与不足,并提出针对性改进思路:坚持“全市统筹、区域协同”推进机制,采用“基础+特色”模式推进实施六项工程:网络基础设施和网络安全提升工程、智慧教育环境提升工程、青岛教育e平台深度赋能应用工程、优质资源汇聚共建共享工程、师生信息素养优化提升全覆盖工程、人工智能教育普及拓优工程,探索出一种“基础+特色”的智慧教育新模式。 In recent years,China has attached great importance to the development of smart education and introduced a number of measures to promote the construction of“smart education demonstration zone”.As one of the areas for the establishment of the national“smart education demonstration zone”,Qingdao first conducted research from four aspects:smart education environment,resource application,teacher and student literacy,and talent training foundation,identified problems and shortcomings,and put forward targeted improvement ideas:adhere to the“city-wide overall planning and regional coordination”promotion mechanism,and adopt the“foundation+characteristics”model to promote the implementation of six projects:network infrastructure and network security improvement project,smart education environment improvement project,Qingdao education e-platform deep empowerment application project,the project of pooling and sharing high-quality resources,the full-coverage project of optimizing and improving the information literacy of teachers and students,and popularization and optimization project of artificial intelligence education,which has produced a new model of“foundation+characteristics”smart education.
