摘要
某涡轮盘在完成第1阶段低循环疲劳试验后,分解涡轮转子时发现配重叶片工作面出现粘结物,为弄清楚原因,本文从外观、金相、断口、成分方面进行了检查分析,结果表明:配重叶片材质及冶金质量正常,粘结物来源于榫头、榫槽工作面挤压变形磨损。
Afterthe first stage lowcyclefatigue(LCF)testofaturbinedisk,sticking substance of the counterweightbladeswas found when disassembling turbine rotor.In order to found out the reason,this paper presents the investigation in several ways—appearance,metallographic,fracture,element.The result shows that the element and metallurgical quality are normal,and the sticking substance roots in compression deformation between blade tenon and disk mortise.
