摘要
液压油内含有水分时,不仅严重影响油液理化性能,还会加剧液压系统磨损,因此准确检测油液中水分含量,对提高液压设备的工作可靠性和元件使用寿命具有重大意义。以电容测量法为检测原理的含水传感器由于测量精度高且制造成本低,在实际中应用较广,但对其安装方式与检测精度之间的关系研究较少。本文选用一种以电容法为检测原理的油品含水率传感器,通过设计实验方法分析安装方式对传感器测量精度的影响,以便于对油液中的水污染进行更准确的检测。
When hydraulic oil contains water,it will not only seriously affect the physical and chemical properties of the oil,but also aggravate the wear of the hydraulic system.Therefore,accurate detection of the water content in the oil is of great significance to improve the working reliability of hydraulic equipment and the service life of components.The water sensor based on capacitance measurement method is widely used in practice because of its high measurement accuracy and low manufacturing cost,but there is less research on the relationship between its installation method and detection accuracy.This paper selects a kind of oil moisture sensor based on capacitance method as the detection principle,and analyzes the influence of installation method on the measurement accuracy of the sensor through the design of experimental methods,so as to facilitate the more accurate detection of water pollution in oil.
