关于配置永久性自然资源获取设施的思考

Reflections on the Allocation of Permanent Natural Resource Acquisition Facilities

随着科技的发展日新月异,我国已全面进入小康社会,人民丰衣足食、社会安定,但当今世界局势风云变幻,不可预见的战争和新疫情仍然会把人们拖入困境。我们这个时代,和世界上正在发生的事情一度影响笔者对事物的判断和思考,希望通过一些预设的设施,在灾难来时能给人们带来一点最低限度的保障。笔者预设建筑物中永久性铺设太阳能接收设施,人口集中的区域永久性配置备用水井、城市周边预留永久性耕地。这些永久性自然资源获取设施,能在特殊情况下起到保持基本供给和稳定民心的作用。

With the rapid development of science and technology,China has entered a well-off society in an all-round way,the people have adequate clothes and food,social stability,but today's world situation changes,unforeseeable war and new epidemic will still drag people into the predicament.Our era,and what is happening in the world once affected the author's judgment and thinking of things,hoping that some preset facilities can bring a minimum guarantee to people when disaster comes.The author proposes that the buildings should be permanently equipped with solar energy receiving facilities,the areas with concentrated population should be permanently equipped with spare Wells,and permanent cultivated land should be reserved around the city.These permanent access facilities to natural resources can,in exceptional circumstances,maintain basic supplies and stabilize the population.
