Research on Improving Methods of Hospital Archives Management under the Background of New Medical Reform

作为我国公共医疗体系优化建设的重要手段,强化医院档案管理具有关键性作用。本文以改进医院档案管理的意义与价值作为切入点,分析了当前医院档案管理存在的主要问题,并基于目标规划、机制建设、技术创新、队伍培养、硬件投入以及资源开发等几个角度对优化医院档案管理工作的措施与路径进行了分析,供相关从业者进行参考。

As an important means to optimize the construction of public medical system in China,strengthening the management of hospital archives plays a key role.Taking the significance and value of improving hospital archives management as the starting point,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current hospital archives management,and analyzes the measures and paths to optimize the hospital archives management from the perspectives of goal planning,mechanism construction,technology innovation,team training,hardware investment and resource development,for the reference of relevant practitioners.
