细粉砂油藏充填防砂工艺优化设计

摘要 河南油田采油二厂稠油油藏出细粉砂严重。为了进一步提高细粉砂防砂开采效果,在出砂粒度中值、防砂工艺现状等分析基础上,对现有防砂工艺改进、优化,优选配套充填砾石及防砂管规格,优化施工参数。结合现场优化应用情况及防砂完井后油井产量进行分析,细粉砂油藏充填防砂工艺优化设计,可以获得较好的防砂效果和经济效益。 The heavy oil reservoir of No.2 Oil Production Plant in Henan Oilfield produces serious fine silt.In order to further improve the sand control mining effect of fine silt,the existing sand control technology is improved and optimized on the basis of the analysis of the median size of sand production and the current status of sand control technology,and the specifications of supporting gravel and sand control pipe and the construction parameters are optimized.Combined with the field optimization application and the analysis of oil well production after sand control completion,the optimization design of sand control technology for fine silt oil reservoir filling can obtain better sand control effect and economic benefits.
