摘要
水蓄冷系统利用晚间用电低谷期的廉价电力开启空调机组制冷,将其以低温水的形式储存起来。在白天电力负荷和电价高峰时段,把储存的冷量以低温水的形式释放出来[1],以满足建筑物、生产工艺等用冷的需求,大幅节省空调系统的运行费用。本文采用水蓄冷系统对原常规空调系统进行空调系统改造,不增加制冷机组容量而达到增加供冷量的目的,只需在原系统中增加水蓄冷设备和所需的管路,对原系统的运行无任何影响,并采用CFD对蓄冷罐蓄冷放冷效果进行仿真验证。
Water storage system turn on air-conditioning unit to refrigerate using cheap electricity of night when power consumption is low,and store it in the form of cold water.Releasing the stored cold in the form of cold water to meet the building,production process and other cold needs during power load and electricity price peak hours of daytime,and saving the operation cost of air conditioning system greatly.In this paper,the water storage system is used to transform the original conventional air conditioning system,the purpose of increasing the cooling quantity without increasing the capacity of the refrigeration unit is achieved,Only piping and equipment required of water storage should be added to the original system,There is no impact on the running of original system,CFD was used to simulate and verify the effect of cold storage and cold discharge.
