Research on Cost Control Process Management of EPC Project

为了全面提高EPC总承包项目费用控制管理效果,本次研究对EPC总承包的概念及优势进行全面分析,在EPC总承包费用控制问题进行研究,提出EPC总承包项目费用控制过程管理措施,为推动EPC总承包项目费用管理领域的进一步发展奠定基础。研究表明:在使用EPC总承包模式的过程中,可以将设计、施工以及采购等工作相互结合,使其工作效率和工作效果均得到改善,以此防止在项目开展的过程中出现相互扯皮的问题。目前,在应用EPC总承包项目模式的过程中,费用控制方面仍然存在众多的问题,这主要是由于缺乏预警机制、费用控制意识不足以及过程分析不足等原因所引起,需要在项目开展的前期阶段、中期阶段以及后期阶段分别采取有效措施,进而使得费用控制效果可以得到一定的改善。

In order to comprehensively improve the cost control and management effect of EPC project,this study first comprehensively analyzes the concept and advantages of EPC project,studies the cost control of EPC project,and puts forward the cost control process management measures of EPC project,so as to lay a foundation for the further development of the cost management field of EPC project.Research shows that in the process of using EPC mode,design,construction and procurement can be combined to improve their work efficiency and work effect,so as to prevent the problem of wrangling in the process of project implementation.At present,there are still many problems in cost control in the process of applying EPC mode,mainly due to the lack of early warning mechanism due to insufficient awareness of cost control and insufficient process analysis,effective measures need to be taken in the early stage,middle stage and later stage of the project,so that the effect of cost control can be improved to a certain extent.
