Research on the Construction of Yichang Catering Production-education Integration Training Base

本研究通过查阅、调研国内生产性实训基地相关资料,对在三峡旅游职院建设宜昌餐饮生产性产教融合实训基地进行了必要性和可行性分析,形成基地建设方案,对推动宜昌餐饮行业发展具有极大的现实意义。

In this study,by consulting and investigating relevant materials of domestic productive training bases,the necessity and feasibility of constructing Yichang Catering Production-Education Integration Training Base in Three Gorges Tourism Vocational College were analyzed,form a base construction plan,it has great practical significance to promote the development of Yichang catering industry.
