摘要 在水利工程中采用适宜的高效维护管理手段不仅能够实现节约水资源、降低能耗的效果,同时也能实现精细化生产,促进农业实现可持续发展具有重要作用。合理建设水利工程既可以满足农业生产灌溉需求又可以改善农村生态环境,推动农业可持续发展。近年来,在国家的大力扶持下,农村水利事业发展较为迅速,水利工程整体数量大幅度增长。但部分地区存在着明显的“重建轻管”现象,水利工程运维管理机制不够完善,没有深入开展后续的运维管理工作,导致一些水利工程被严重损毁,限制了水利工程作用的发挥。因此,要全面梳理当前水利工程运维管理中的问题,及时采取针对性的优化措施,不断改善水利工程运维管理效果。 Adopting appropriate and efficient maintenance and management means in water conservancy projects can not only achieve the effect of saving water resources and reducing energy consumption,but also achieve refined production,which plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.The rational construction of water conservancy projects can not only meet the irrigation needs of agricultural production,but also improve the rural ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.In recent years,with the strong support of the state,rural water conservancy has developed rapidly,and the overall number of water conservancy projects has increased significantly.However,in some areas,there is an obvious phenomenon of"rebuilding and neglecting management".The operation and maintenance management mechanism of water conservancy projects is not perfect enough,and the follow-up operation and maintenance management work has not been carried out in depth.As a result,some water conservancy projects have been seriously damaged,limiting the role of water conservancy projects.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively sort out the problems in the current operation and maintenance management of water conservancy projects,take targeted optimization measures in time,and constantly improve the operation and maintenance management effect of water conservancy projects.
