如何加强新形势下消防救援队伍战勤保障体系建设

How to Strengthen the Construction of Combat Support System for Fire and Rescue Teams under the New Situation

随着现代工业建设的快速发展和城市化进程的不断推进,工业建筑和高层建筑等面临的消防压力也日益增加,对消防救援工作提出了更高的要求。对此,消防救援队伍必须要加强战勤保障体系建设,以更加科学合理的统筹管理和强有力的战勤保障体系,为消防救援工作夯实基础,从而为新形势下消防救援工作带来新的变化。文章拟结合消防救援工作实际对战勤保障工作的现状和问题进行分析,提出加强消防救援队伍战勤保障体系建设的建议和设想,以期为改进新形势下消防救援工作提供参考。

With the rapid development of modern industrial construction and the continuous advancement of urbanization,industrial buildings and high-rise buildings are facing increasing fire pressure,which puts forward higher requirements for fire rescue work.Therefore,fire and rescue teams must strengthen the construction of combat service support system,in order to more scientific and reasonable overall management and strong combat service support system,lay a solid foundation for fire and rescue work,so as to bring new changes to fire and rescue work under the new situation.Based on the actual situation of fire and rescue work,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of combat service support work,and puts forward suggestions and ideas on strengthening the construction of combat service support system of fire and rescue team,in order to provide reference for improving the fire and rescue work under the new situation.
