With the development of medical marketization,the problems in human resource management of public hospitals have become increasingly prominent,hindering the improvement of the comprehensive level of hospitals.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems of human resource management in public hospitals,problem oriented,sort out and summarize the hospital's experience in fine management in recent years,improve the working methods of hospital human resource management,promote the high-quality development of the hospital.
