奉贤区“升级版”微型消防站建设实践与效果评估

Construction Practice and Effect Evaluation of "Upgraded"Mini Fire Station in Fengxian District

建设微型消防站是加强城市公共安全火灾防控体系的重要举措。奉贤区在微型消防站管理、使用过程中,人员配备不固定、培训演练跟不上、应急响应不及时、联动效能不明显等突出问题,急需改变建设思路和模式。笔者所在的奉贤区根据区域发展实际积极求新、求变、求突破,在围绕微型消防站“升级”上出实招、求实效,取得了较为明显的建设实效。

The construction of micro fire station is an important measure to strengthen the urban public safety fire prevention and control system.In the process of management and use of micro fire stations in Fengxian District,there are many outstanding problems,such as unfixed staffing,inadequate training and drills,untimely emergency response,and inconspicuous linkage efficiency.It is urgent to change the construction idea and mode.According to the actual regional development,actively seeking innovation,change and breakthrough,in the"upgrading"of micro fire stations,we should take practical measures and seek practical results,it has achieved obvious construction effectiveness.
