数字化智慧监管是浙江“大综合一体化”行政执法改革中的一个显著成果,中广(绍兴柯桥)有线信息网络有限公司在杭州亚运场馆柯桥分馆监管试点中开发“大综合一体化”执法监督协同指挥应用平台,依托基层治理四个平台、共享天网视频监控,辅以5G单兵执法平台、AI智能探头等智慧化手段,借助“互联网+”,提升车辆违停、占道经营等行为的智能化管理水平,减轻基层执法队员常规化执法巡查压力。并且实现了行政执法办案关键证据实时上传、在线公正,破解行政执法过程中取证难、固证难、不配合等问题。
