摘要
根据城市轨道交通车辆运行工况,借鉴既有铁路行业轴承成功应用经验,进行城轨车辆轴箱轴承的设计研发。通过对整体结构、保持架、密封等方面展开研究,并利用仿真软件进行仿真计算与分析,实现了城轨车辆轴箱轴承的优化设计。经运用考核完全满足实际应用需求。
According to the operating conditions of urban rail transit vehicles,the design and development of axle box bearings for urban rail vehicles is carried out by referring to the successful application experience of existing bearings in the railway industry.Through the research on the overall structure,cage,sealing and other aspects,and using simulation software to carry out simulation calculation and analysis,the design of the urban rail vehicle axle box bearing is realized,and the actual application needs are met through the application assessment.
