Digitization is the mainstream trend of technological development in the information age in the 21st century.As a traditional form of media,the broadcasting industry has ushered in a new era of development.For broadcasting in the 21st century,digitalization is an inevitable trend.Therefore,the transformation of medium wave broadcasting technology in the digital situation is an inevitable result of adapting to the development of the new era.This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of digital medium wave broadcasting under the condition of analyzing the application status of medium wave broadcasting technology in China,and discusses the relevant technical strategies and prospects for promoting the development of digital medium wave broadcasting technology.And finally made a conclusion and outlook.Hope it can provide reference for the sustainable development of the domestic broadcasting industry.
