摘要
通过该项目的实施,巡检机器人代替皮带巡检工,提升矿井生产自动化程度,实现了减人提效,实现了胶带机保护全流程监护,实现了胶带机由零散的点巡检到机器人360度面巡检,保障矿井运输系统安全高效生产。通过华亭煤业集团华亭煤矿新型的胶带机防爆巡检机器人技术的应用研究,详细阐述了该系统工作原理、功能、硬件组成、特点及核心技术。
Through the implementation of the project,the inspection robot replaces the belt inspection worker,improves the automation degree of mine production,realizes the reduction of people and efficiency,realizes the comprehensive monitoring of the whole process of belt conveyor protection,realizes the belt conveyor from scattered point inspection to robot 360 degree surface inspection,and ensures the safe and efficient production of mine transportation system.Through the application research of the new belt conveyor explosion-proof inspection robot technology in Huating Coal Mine of Huating Coal Industry Group,the working principle,function,hardware composition,characteristics and core technology of the system are elaborated in detail.
