管理工作在医院中尤其重要,在管理工作中人力资源管理占据主要位置,人力资源管理的好坏直接决定了医院医护人员的专业水平以及医院人员的薪酬水平。因此,医院想要高效率的发展,必须重视人力资源管理。本文探讨了医院人力资源管理精细化主要内容,研究了医院实现人力资源管理精细化策略,以供参考。
Management work is especially important in hospitals,human resource management plays an important role in management work,the quality of human resource management directly determines the professional level of hospital medical staff and the salary level of hospital staff.Therefore,if the hospital wants to develop efficiently,it must pay attention to human resource management.This article discusses the main content of the refinement of hospital human resources management,studied the hospital's refined human resources management strategy,for reference.
