引黄灌区的信息化发展是提高灌区管理水平、提高灌溉效益的有效手段。目前,灌区水利设施的信息化发展涉及面广、影响大,本文立足聊城引黄灌区,分析在信息化建设中存在的问题,从规划、建设、管理和人才队伍建设等方面提出具体应对措施,以进一步提高聊城黄河灌区的信息化管理水平。

The informatization development of the Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area is an effective means to improve the management level of the irrigation area and improve the irrigation efficiency.At present,the informatization development of water conservancy facilities in irrigation areas involves a wide range and has a great impact.Based on the Liaocheng Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the informatization construction,and puts forward specific countermeasures from the aspects of planning,construction,management and talent team construction to further improve the informatization management level of the Liaocheng Yellow River Irrigation Area.
