三排滚柱式转盘轴承微动分析

摘要 三排滚柱式转盘轴承缓慢摆动时滚子和滚道之间会产生微动损伤,严重时会引发滚道裂纹的萌生、扩展,甚至滚道剥落,加速转盘轴承失效。这里利用非线性弹簧代替滚子的有限元简化方法,对比滚子压缩试验,获得滚子与滚道最大接触载荷,然后建立滚子与滚道接触的局部有限元模型,研究圆柱滚子在微动情况下纯滑动工况、纯滚动工况及滑动-滚动工况的损伤情况,分析摩擦系数和滑动位移对等效应力、交变应力和接触应力影响,为工程实际选型提供参考。 When the three-row roller slewing bearing is in the slowly swinging state,the fretting damage will occur between the contact surfaces of the roller and the raceway.The crack initiation and expansion of the raceway will be triggered in severe cases,the raceway will be exfoliated and the failure of slewing bearing will be accelerated.The finite element method of the nonlinear spring instead of the roller is used in this paper.The maximum contact load between the roller and the raceway is obtained by comparing the roller compression test.Then the local finite element model of roller contact with the raceway is established to study the damage of the cylindrical roller in the pure sliding condition,the pure rolling condition and the sliding-rolling condition under the condition cffretting.The influence of the friction coefficient and the sliding displacement on the equivalent stress,the alternating stress and the contact stress is analyzed,which provides a reference for the actual engineering selection.
