超声铣削钛铝合金表面完整性与刀具磨损研究 被引量:2

Study on the Surface Integrity and Tool Wear of TiAl Alloy Processed by Ultrasonic Vibration Assisted Milling

摘要 钛铝合金在航空发动机领域应用越发广泛,为了给实际生产提供工艺参考,采用单因素试验,研究超声辅助侧铣钛铝合金时切削参数对表面完整性及刀具磨损的影响规律。研究结果表明,超声辅助侧铣钛铝合金合适的切削参数范围为v_(c)=(30~70)m/min、a_(e)=(0.05~0.2)mm、f=(0.005~0.02)mm/tooth和I=100mA。在上述参数下,表面粗糙度值较小(Sa<0.9μm),未见明显的表面缺陷。钛铝合金切削加工表面存在材料硬化现象,表面硬度约为(273~316)HV10,径向切深与每齿进给量为加工表面硬化的主要影响因素。铣削速度对刀具磨损影响最大,后刀面以粘结磨损为主并有氧化磨损与扩散磨损,前刀面以扩散磨损和粘结磨损为主并有氧化磨损,二者均伴随有涂层剥落。 Titanium-aluminum alloys are more and more widely used in the field of aero-engines.In order to provide technical reference for industrial production,single-factor experiments were used to study the influence cf cutting parameters on surface integrity and tool wear during ultrasonic-assisted side-milling of titanium-aluminum alloys.The research results showed that the suitable cutting parameters of ultrasonic assisted side milling of titanium aluminum alloy are v_(c)=(30~70)m/mm,a_(e)=(0.05~0.2)mm,f=(0.005-0.02)mm/tooth and I=100mA.Under the above parameters,the surface roughness is small(Sav0.9μm),and no obvious surface flaws were found.Material hardening were detected on processed surface,the surface hardness is about(273〜316)HV10,the radial depth of cut and the feed rate are the main influencing factors of the hardened surface.Milling speed has the greatest impact on tool wear.The main wear form of the flank face is mainly bonded wear with oxidative wear and diffusion wear.The main wear form of the rake face is mainly diffusion wear and bond wear with oxidative wear 9 and were both accompanied by coating delamination.
