摘要
针对底部中空铝合金方盒形件塑性变形能力较差、变形不均匀等问题,提出了选用带有预制孔坯料的粘性介质压力成形新方法,通过坯料预制孔的变形缓解底部中空零件的减薄和破裂等问题。研究过程中采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对底部中空铝合金方盒形件粘性介质压力成形过程进行分析,得到了坯料预制孔形状和尺寸对成形试件壁厚分布及坯料流动的影响规律,在此基础上进行了粘性介质压力成形试验。结果表明,不同坯料预制孔形状及尺寸对材料流动规律和试件成形质量影响较大,在合适的预制孔形状和尺寸条件下,可以有效提高底部中空盒形件的成形质量和成形性能。
In allusion to the non-uniform deformation and low plasticity formability of forming aluminum alloy square boxshaped parts with a hole at the bottom,a new method for viscous pressure forming with prefabricated hole is proposed.The deformation of the prefabricated holes is used to improve the defects such as wall thickness reduction and fracture of the parts with a hole at the bottom.In the research process,the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to analyze the viscous pressure forming process of aluminum alloy square box-shaped parts with a hole at the bottom,the influence cf prefabricated hole shapes and sizes on the wall thickness distribution and the flow rule of sheets are obtained,on this basis,the experiment on viscous pressure forming is conducted.The results show that the sheets with different prefabricated hole shapes and sizes have a great effect on the flow rule cf material and forming quality of sheets,and choosing the proper prefabricated hole shapes and sizes,the forming quality and formability of the box-shaped parts with a hole at the bottom can be effectively improved.
