高空作业平台液压调平机构的优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高高空作业平台液压调平机构的调平性能,对调平机构的工作原理进行了研究,对上调平机构的调平液压缸推力展开了分析,建立了上下调平机构六变量优化的数学模型,以调平过程中调平误差最大值最小作为优化目标函数,以几何空间位置约束、三角形约束以及液压缸伸缩比约束作为约束条件,借助MATLAB软件中的遗传算法工具箱对优化数学模型进行优化。优化结果表明,高空作业平台调平机构的调平误差最大值为-0.31°,降低了49%,上调平液压缸所需最大推力为74531N,降低了2%。该研究可为高空作业平台液压调平机构的工作原理分析及优化设计提供参考依据。 In order to improve the leveling performance of hydraulic leveling mechanism on the aerial work platform,,the working principle of leveling mechanism was studied,the driving force cf upper leveling hydraulic cylinder was analyzed,the mathematical model of six variables optimization on the upper and lower leveling mechanism was established,minimum of the maximum leveling error in leveling process was taken as the optimization objective,the constraint of the geometric space position,the triangle constraint and the expansion ratio of the hydraulic cylinder as the constraint condition,the optimization mathematical model was optimized by using the genetic algorithm toolbox in MATLAB software.The optimization results show that the maximum leveling error of the leveling mechanism on the aerial work platform is-0.31°,which is reduced by 4,%,the maximum required driving force cf upper leveling hydraulic cylinder is 74531N,which is reduced by 2%.This study can provide reference for the working principle analysis and optimization design of the hydraulic leveling mechanism on the aerial work platform.
