含铀化合物中锂铯的等离子体质谱法测定

摘要 本文介绍了一种对于含铀氧化物中锂铯杂质元素的等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)检测法,将试样用硝酸溶解后,用以CL-TBP萃淋树脂为固定相、硝酸溶液为流动相,使待测元素与铀分离后进行测定,配制一系列不同浓度锂铯的标准溶液,在ICP-MS优化条件下,锂的检出限能达到0.025ng/mL,铯的检出限能达到0.014ng/mL。对方法进行加标回收实验,回收率在92%~111%,相对标准偏差优于5%。 In this paper,a method to detect lithium and cesium in uranium compound based on ICP-MS is proposed.After the sample is dissolved in nitric acid,CL-TBP extraction resin is used as the stationary phase and nitric acid solution as the mobile phase to separate the element to be measured from uranium for determination.A series of standard solutions with different concentrations of lithium and cesium are prepared.Under the optimized conditions of ICP-MS,the detection limit of lithium can reach 0.025ng/mL and the detection limit of cesium can reach 0.014ng/mL.The recovery rate was 92%~111%,and the relative standard deviation was better than 5%.
