江苏气象灾害预警信号分布特征研究

摘要 本文使用分类统计、聚类分析等方法分析了江苏省2019—2021年的气象预警信号发布数据,根据统计结果,总结了2019—2021年江苏省气象灾害预警信号的时空分布特点和发布频次。结果显示:江苏省发布数量排名前5的气象灾害预警种类是雷暴、雾、暴雨、大风和寒潮,这5类预警信号发布数量最多的地区是盐城、淮安、南通、徐州、连云港;3年来,江苏省气象灾害预警信号发布数量是南部少、北部多、西部少、东部多,沿海和沿江地区预警发布数量比其他地区多。当前,预警信号发布面临着新形势和新要求。根据分析结果,本文提出更加有利于发挥预警信息发布效能、提高灾害防御水平、增强防灾减灾能力的气象灾害预警信号发布策略。 In this paper,the data of meteorological warning signals released in Jiangsu Province from 2019 to 2021 are analyzed by means of classification statistics and cluster analysis.According to the statistical results,the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics and release frequency of meteorological disaster early warning signals in Jiangsu Province from 2019 to 2021 are summarized.The results show that the top five types of meteorological disaster early warning issued by Jiangsu Province are thunderstorm,fog,rainstorm,gale and cold wave.The regions with the largest number of these five types of early warning signals are Yancheng,Huai'an,Nantong,Xuzhou and Lianyungang.In the past three years,the number of meteorological disaster early warning signals issued in Jiangsu Province is less in the south and more in the north,less in the west and more in the east,and more in coastal and riverside areas than in other regions.At present,the issuance of early warning signals is faced with new situations and new requirements.According to the analysis results,this paper proposes a meteorological disaster early warning signal issuance strategy that is more conducive to giving play to the effectiveness of early warning information issuance,improving the level of disaster prevention,and enhancing the ability of disaster prevention and reduction.
