Problems and Countermeasures in Installation and Construction of Building Electrical Engineering

近年来,建筑行业通过工业化改革与产业转型升级,不但建立了设计施工一体化实践模式,而且在工程建设与工程管理方面,围绕生产建造诸环节实施了全生命周期管理,较好地提升了建筑品质。新时期正值建筑行业的高质量发展阶段,需要进一步提升其质量与使用功能。本文以此为出发点,概述了建筑电气安装工程的内容,剖析了实践过程中的常见问题,并以此为基础,提出了几点有利于推动其高质量发展的应对举措。

In recent years,through industrial reform and industrial transformation and upgrading,the construction industry has not only established an integrated practice mode of design and construction,but also implemented full life cycle management around the production and construction links in terms of engineering construction and management,which has better improved the construction quality.The new era is at the stage of high-quality development of the construction industry,and its quality and use functions need to be further improved.Based on this,this paper summarizes the content of building electrical installation engineering,analyzes the common problems in the practice process,and on this basis,puts forward several countermeasures to promote its high-quality development.
