市政桥梁护栏改造工艺研究

摘要 为了提高市政桥梁运营期间的行车安全,本文基于原桥梁护栏结构,研究护栏的改造施工技术;设计市政桥梁护栏的整体改造方案,确定护栏改造参数并进行可行性验算;验算通过后开始改造施工,清理原护栏板并重新安装,采用植筋工艺加工立柱,通过放线定位确定立柱加密点保证改造的精确性,置入加密立柱完成改造。基于《公路护栏安全性能评价标准》评价改造后护栏的防护效果,并进行汽车护栏模拟碰撞试验,大货车与皮卡车分别以45km/h和65km/h的碰撞速度,30°的碰撞角度撞击新旧护栏。数据显示,改造后的护栏车辆的最大重心加速度峰值、重心速度、驶离角度均低于原护栏被撞击下的测试结果,且都在防护标准范围内,结果表明,改造后护栏的抗撞击性能、导向性能、缓冲性能及吸能作用都得到了很大的提升。 In order to improve the driving safety of municipal bridge during operation,this paper studies the reconstruction construction technology of guardrail based on the original bridge guardrail structure;Design the overall reform scheme of municipal bridge guardrail,determine the parameters of guardrail reform and feasibility check;After the check is passed,the reconstruction construction begins,the original guardrail plate is cleaned and re-installed,the column is processed by planting bars,the column encryption point is determined by setting out the line positioning to ensure the accuracy of the transformation,and the encryption column is inserted to complete the transformation.Based on the Safety Performance Evaluation Standard of Highway Guardrail,the protective effect of the modified guardrail was evaluated,and the vehicle guardrail simulation crash test was carried out.The truck and pickup truck hit the new and old guardrails at a collision speed of 45km/h and 65km/h respectively,with a collision angle of 30°.The data shows that the maximum center of gravity acceleration peak value,center of gravity speed,and departure angle of the vehicle with the rebuilt guardrail are lower than the test results of the original guardrail when it is hit,and are within the protection standard range.The results show that the impact resistance,guidance performance,cushioning performance and energy absorption of the guardrail have been greatly improved.
