在当前冶金机械机电设备安装调试中,做好常见质量缺陷的控制与管理,对于提高冶金设备性能意义重大。本文详细分析了冶金机械机电设备安全中的重难点问题,包括电流超标、线路问题等,并针对电流超标问题、振动问题、螺栓安装质量问题、线路连接问题等,制定了针对性的处理方法,最后提出了提升冶金机械机电设备安装质量的管控措施,希望为进一步提升冶金机械机电设备安装工艺提供支持。

In the current installation and debugging of metallurgical electromechanical equipment,it is of great significance to do the control and management of common quality defects to improve the performance of metallurgical equipment.In this study,it analyzes the key and difficult problems in the safety of electromechanical equipment of metallurgical machinery in detail,including current exceeding the standard,circuit problems,etc.,formulates targeted treatment methods for current exceeding the standard,vibration problems,bolt installation quality problems,circuit connection problems,etc.,and finally puts forward management and control measures to improve the installation quality of electromechanical equipment of metallurgical machinery,hoping to provide support for further improving the installation process of electromechanical equipment of metallurgical machinery.
