电厂热控装置检修维护问题及对策

摘要 现阶段,电能生产主要采用“热能—动能—电能”的能量转换流程来实现生产,产生的热能较高,能量巨大,一旦发生事故,后果将不堪设想。热控装置作为保障电厂生产设备安全、稳定的重要保护装置,其工作的环境较为复杂,容易出现老化和故障问题,为此,需要对其进行有效的检修、维护,确保其能够正常发挥保护作用。但在实际工作中,由于管理、技术等方面的原因,检修维护工作难度较大,在缺乏良好检修维护时,极易引起链式事故后果,会给生产安全、人员财产安全带来严重的影响。因此,需要在认识问题的基础上,对热控装置检修维护的问题进行有效的处理,从而确保电能生产过程的安全与有效。 At the current stage,the energy production mainly adopts the energy conversion process of“thermal energy—kinetic energy—electric energy”to realize the production,which produces high heat energy and huge energy.Once an accident occurs,the consequences will be unimaginable.As an important protection device to ensure the safety and stability of production equipment in power plants,thermal control devices work in a complex environment,which is prone to aging and failure.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out effective overhaul and maintenance to ensure that it can normally play a protective role.However,in actual work,due to management,technology and other reasons,the overhaul and maintenance work is difficult.In the absence of good overhaul and maintenance,it is very easy to cause chain accident consequences,which will have a serious impact on production safety,personnel and property safety.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively deal with the maintenance of thermal control devices based on the understanding of the problems,so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the electric energy production process.
