现阶段,电能生产主要采用“热能—动能—电能”的能量转换流程来实现生产,产生的热能较高,能量巨大,一旦发生事故,后果将不堪设想。热控装置作为保障电厂生产设备安全、稳定的重要保护装置,其工作的环境较为复杂,容易出现老化和故障问题,为此,需要对其进行有效的检修、维护,确保其能够正常发挥保护作用。但在实际工作中,由于管理、技术等方面的原因,检修维护工作难度较大,在缺乏良好检修维护时,极易引起链式事故后果,会给生产安全、人员财产安全带来严重的影响。因此,需要在认识问题的基础上,对热控装置检修维护的问题进行有效的处理,从而确保电能生产过程的安全与有效。
