摘要
针对常规的硅氧烷抗指纹剂疏水性较差,单一含氟助剂附着力较低等问题,以硅氧烷单体甲基三甲氧基硅烷为主抗指纹剂,研究水解催化剂(乙酸水溶液)和含氟改性剂(含氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷)对抗指纹剂的性能影响;探讨基材的处理工艺、涂覆温度和烘干方式对其附着力、静态接触角、耐磨性能和表面硬度等性能影响。最终得到当甲基三甲氧基硅烷与乙酸溶液的物质的量比为1∶0.3固定时,甲基三甲氧基硅烷与全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷的质量比为1∶0.07时,并且实验基材温度在40℃时,测得的漆膜附着力等级为0级,表面硬度为5H,接触角为113.54°且耐磨性能良好。从得到的实验数据结果显示能明显提高含氟硅氧烷体系涂层的抗指纹抗污效果。
Aiming at the problems of poor hydrophobicity of conventional siloxane anti-fingerprint agent and low adhesion of single fluorine-containing agent,methyltrimethoxylsilane was used as the main anti-fingerprint agent to study the effects of hydrolysis catalyst(acetic acid aqueous solution)and fluorine-containing modifier(fluorine-containing trimethoxylsilane)on the performance of anti-fingerprint agent.The effects of substrate treatment process,coating temperature and drying method on adhesion,static contact angle,wear resistance and surface hardness were discussed.Eventually when methyl silane three oxygen radicals and the molar ratio of acetic acid solution as the 1∶0.3 fixed,methyl silane three oxygen radicals and perfluorinated decyl preparation base with quality than silane 1∶0.07,substrate temperature 40℃,the experiment of film adhesion level is 0,the surface hardness is 5H,contact angle is 113.54°and the wear-resisting performance is good.The experimental results show that the anti-fingerprint and anti-fouling effect of the coating system containing fluorosiloxane can be improved obviously.
