摘要
尼龙是一种广泛使用的塑料聚合物,同时也是众多塑料污染物之一。而近年来,随着尼龙的使用范围和领域的扩展,对生态系统的危害不断增强,如何去除尼龙等塑料污染物已成为生态环境治理的热点之一,其中生物降解显现出独特的优势。本文针对尼龙塑料生物降解,对尼龙的生物降解产生的生物学基础、尼龙的生物降解机理研究、技术应用、尼龙生物降解酶及特性等方面的研究进展进行了归纳综述,可为相关研究提供参考。
Nylon is an organic polymer widely used in many fields,and it is one of many plastic pollutants.In recent years,With the application of nylon,nylon has become a new type of pollutant to the environment,and its harm to the ecosystem is increasing.And the removal of plastic pollutants such as nylon has become one of the hot spots of ecological environment treatment,in which biodegradation shows unique advantages..In this review,the biological basis of nylon biodegradation,the mechanism of nylon biodegradation,the technology application,the enzymes and characteristics of nylon biodegradation are summarized,which can provide reference for related research.
