摘要
高分子水凝胶由交联剂、高分子化合物、水以及骨架组成,拥有大相对分子质量的三维空间网络结构。由于高分子水凝胶具有生物相容性、吸水性、润滑性、低细胞毒性和环境敏感性等诸多优良特点,在生物医药、农业生产、海洋防污等相关领域均有应用,并且取得良好的应用效果。文中介绍了高分子水凝胶的制备方法及其在相关领域的研究进展,为水凝胶的性能研究和应用提供参考。
High molecular hydrogel is composed of crosslinkers,polymer compounds,water,and skeleton.It has a three-dimensional space network structure with large molecular weight.Because high molecular hydrogel has many excellent characteristics such as biocompatibility,water absorption,lubrication,low cytotoxicity,and environmental sensitivity,it is applied in related fields such as biomedicine,agricultural production,and marine pollution prevention,and it has achieved good results.The article introduces the preparation methods of polymer hydrogel and its research progress in related fields,and provides reference for the performance and application of hydrogel.
