褐煤不同干燥技术的优缺点分析

Analysis of Advantages and Disadvantages of Different Drying Technologies for Lignite

褐煤虽储量大,但褐煤水分高、发热量低给其应用带来很多难题,因此褐煤干燥提质刻不容缓。本文分析了褐煤干燥的特点,简述了各种褐煤干燥工艺流程及优缺点,并对国内外褐煤干燥技术应用现状进行了简单叙述。最后对我公司研发的褐煤过热蒸汽内加热流化床干燥工艺进行了介绍,该工艺节能高效、安全,是一项技术先进、具有推广前景的技术。

The lignite reserves are large,but its high moisture content and low calorific value bring many problems to its application.Therefore,the drying and upgrading of lignite cannot be delayed.This paper analyzes the characteristics of lignite drying,briefly describes various lignite drying processes,advantages and disadvantages,and briefly describes the application status of lignite drying technology at home and abroad.Finally,we introduce the internal heating fluidized bed drying process for the lignite superheated steam which is developed by our company.This process is energy-saving,efficient,and safe,and is a technology with advanced technology and promising promotion.
